Before paying, check the Stars quantity, recipient username and final amount. Payment verification and manual delivery are separate steps.

Using the service to finance violence, exploit children, traffic people, extort, defraud or conduct targeted harassment is prohibited. Reports must include relevant, verifiable details.

Anonymity, nationality, beliefs, criticism of a government, political labels or mass reporting alone are not grounds for exclusion. Reports or automated judgments alone do not reject payments or stop delivery.

The administrator reviews evidence and explains the response. Any action must be specific and proportionate to the evidence. You can appeal through Support. A report does not erase order records or payment rights.

Track orders through their private links. These terms do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.
