Purchase and delivery
Before paying, check the Stars quantity, recipient username and final amount. Online gateway: delivery usually takes a few minutes after payment confirmation. Other methods: delivery may take a few hours to 24 hours after payment. Keep your private order link to track its status.
Refunds
Stars purchases are non-refundable. If a system issue prevents us from delivering the Stars you ordered, we will refund the full amount you paid.
Use and support
Using the service to commit fraud or harm others is not permitted. Contact Support about an order issue or to request a review of an earlier response.
