To process a purchase, we record the Stars quantity, recipient username and order and payment details. Bot purchases also record the buyer’s Telegram ID. Neither the website nor the bot requires an email address or phone number.

Order information is used to complete your purchase and provide support. Online payments are processed through the payment gateway.

Receipt information and support request text are deleted from StarWayz thirty days after the order and any related review are complete. Open cases are kept until resolved. Core order and payment records are kept for financial follow-up.

Receipt images are not stored on StarWayz servers. Removing receipt information from StarWayz does not delete the message from Telegram chats; use the chat to delete the message. System backups have a fourteen-day retention period.
