Privacy Policy

We retain Stars quantity, recipient username and order/payment records to process purchases. Bot purchases also record the buyer’s Telegram ID. Website purchases do not require email or phone numbers.

We do not track subsequent Stars spending, beliefs or content interests. Necessary payment data goes to the payment provider and necessary delivery details to authorized staff. Those providers have their own policies.

Submitted receipts remain in Telegram; our database holds file identifiers and deduplication metadata. IP addresses are processed temporarily in memory for technical rate limiting.

Report text and responses are retained for review and appeals. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive details. History is not automatically deleted in this version; deletion requests through support are reviewed against necessary payment and case records.

A private order link grants access to that order. Keep it private. Clearing browser cookies removes session access.
